Every Seinfeld fan will immediately recognize this veteran funnyman as George’s cranky father Frank Costanza, but his career making people laugh dates back decades.
Its beginnings, actually, can be traced back to a duo – Stiller and Meara – in which he appeared alongside wife Anne Meara. The two made several appearances in places like The Ed Sullivan Show. Stiller once again played an irritable father in another sitcom – The King of Queens – and is also famous for being the real-life father of actor Ben Stiller, with whom he appeared in 2016’s Zoolander 2.
