If Kirk Douglas is one of the sole surviving male stars from the Golden Age of Hollywood, then Olivia De Havilland is one of the only female ones.
Like Douglas, she’s also more than a century old – 102, to be exact – and has acted in such classics as The Adventures of Robin Hood, the absolute classic Gone with the Wind, and drama The Heiress. Queen Elizabeth, also a distinguished member of this list, recently anointed De Havilland a Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire, making her the oldest woman to be afforded that honor.
