Brooks is world renowned for his uproariously hilarious comedy films, such as Young Frankenstein, Blazing Saddles and The Producers, the last of which he turned into a Broadway show in the early 2000s.
That show won the talented actor and director his first Tony, attaining the entertainment world’s most prestigious honor in the process – being an EGOT winner, or having won Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony awards. This is a feat shared by only 12 people in history, so that’s pretty select company. Even with nothing left to prove, he’s still working at 92, doing voiceover work for animated features.
