Janis Paige is one of those actresses that seems to be able to glide effortlessly not only between roles but also between mediums, going from the stage to the screen – both big and small – and back again.
Her work was so prolific that throughout most of the 20th century, you’d actually have to work hard to not see her work somewhere, be it on medical drama General Hospital or her turn in the Broadway musical Mame. after working so hard for so long, Paige is now enjoying an entirely new field – retirement.
