Alicia Sacramone began gymnastics at eight years old. She started competitively not long after. She won 12 medals between 2004-2008 in the U.S National Championships.

At the age of 20 she competed in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing and was part of the U.S Olympic women’s team who won the silver medal. In 2012, she made it into the Visa national Championships but was not qualified to continue onto the Olympic Team. And since then she became a CoverGirl spokesmodel.
