Sir Chris Hoy is a six-time Olympic Champion who represented Great Britain during his cyclist career. He has won a total of six gold medals; three in the Summer 2008 Games, two at the London 2012 Games, and one at the 2000 Sydney Games.
Hoy is the most decorated Olympic Cyclist of all time and is Scotland’s most successful Olympic athlete. After an impressive athletic career, Hoy retired after competing in London in 2012 and decided to try his hand at race car driving.In 2013, Hoy accepted the position of Honorary Group Captain to the Royal Air Force Air Cadets.
