Take a moment to imagine Cher as Morticia Addams rather than Anjelica Huston. Hard, right? Well it was almost reality, as producers offered the role to Cher but she turned it down. Anjelica ended up being the perfect fit as the matriarch of the gothic family, we couldn’t really picture Cher like that.
The Addams Family movie franchise is to this day very beloved by fans and has been introduced to a whole new generation of viewers.
