Don’t feel too bad for Sandra Bullock though, she landed the role that Julia Roberts decided to pass on! Julia was offered the role of Leigh Anne Tuohy in the 2009 football film, The Blind Side. Roberts decided to accept a different project, the film, Valentine’s Day (directed by Pretty Woman director, Garry Marshall).
Sandra Bullock’s performance in The Blind Side won her an Academy award, while Roberts’ film was a box office disaster.
