Juno is one of those movies, which you either hate or you love. But even those who love it can’t deny the fact that the dialogue spoken in the film feels unnatural – like the characters are trying too hard to sound witty and quirky.
Although lead actress Ellen Page pulls it off, it gets tiring pretty fast. Note the moment when Rainn Wilson says, “This is one doodle that can’t be undid, home skillet.” Show us one person who talks like that in real life, Diablo Cody.
