A lot of people are wondering about the upcoming Ant-Man and the Wasp movie, and if it will have anything to do with the Avengers.
In the movie, they explained why Ant-Man had skipped out on the fighting by saying he was in house arrest (which, as we all know, wouldn’t be much to stop Ant-Man). And it’s apparent that the Ant-Man movie won’t have anything to do with the Avengers, since it takes place before the plot of Infinity War.
