During the 80’s, Brown was known for playing the “quintessential valley girl character” but has also had roles in Earth Girls Are Easy, Aladdin, and Disney’s Camp Rock. Her most recognizable role amongst 90’s audiences was as Coach Steogger in the Clueless movie, a part she reprised in the tv-show version of the film, as well. Julie Brown continues to focus on her active sketch comedy career today and has one child with her second husband, Ken Rathjen, whom she recently divorced from.
