Katy Perry has more than earned her position in the spotlight. However, back in 2008, she was still at the beginning of her career and yet to become the megastar she is today. Desperate to make an impact on the world, the singer did crazy stunts like jumping onto a massive cake at the MTV Latin America Awards.
Unfortunately, while people might have celebrated her wild antics, they were left reeling when Perry kept slipping over everywhere. We suppose that was to be expected with frosting all over the floor.
