There’s no denying that Sofia Vergara is a great actress. She’s wowed in most roles she’s had, particularly on the mockumentary sitcom ‘Modern Family.’ However, while some people might put the star on a metaphorical pedestal, the 2014 Emmy Awards decided to put her on the real thing.
Viewers weren’t sure what to make of Vergara on this rotating platform, with many suggesting that it was inappropriate. Given her many achievements, the actress deserved to be treated as more than just a piece of meat for people to gawp at.
