After he witnessed the many tragedies and failed entry attempts, Cesar walked the bordering fence, looking for an easy way in, to no avail.
However, after two weeks, he made a breakthrough – literally. He found a hole in the fence which was being guarded. The man guarding the hole informed Cesar that for $100 he would move aside and Cesar would be granted the entry he longed for. Of course, Cesar obliged, giving the man every last cent he owned. He was finally in the States, but now what?
