Just eight days after the first lawsuit, another was filed. The producer, Flody Suarez, sent his Labrador to Cesar, and he was allegedly rushed to a veterinarian just hours later.
Flody stated that his dog, Gator, was covered in bruises and gasping for air from extreme exhaustion. He also supposedly sustained severe injuries to his esophagus from a choke chain, to the extent that he required surgery. He, therefore, took Cesar to court for the cost of the vet bills which were ultimately over $25,000.
