The Amish love to build barns. They like it so much that they made it into a hobby of theirs. Whenever someone in the community would need a barn, and needless to say, every family needed a barn, so as to house their cattle, horses and the like, of course; all the guys would band together to make one for him.
This is an example of how the community comes together for one another. How lovely!
