In what’s perhaps the trailer’s biggest scenes, Daenerys and Jon are seen walking towards her two remaining dragons, Drogon and Rhaegal. Her third dragon, Viserion, lost his life at the hands of the Night King. It was then reanimated, and became the mount for the leader of the White Walkers.
Daenerys herself, meanwhile, bonded with Drogon and often rides him into battle, but what about Rhaegal? This dragon has yet to bond with a rider, leading many to speculate that the shot from the trailer means Jon is going to be the third dragon rider.
