In an attempt to take their music in a different direction, the band soon began to hit some difficulties. Petty was even angered so much at one point that he punched through the wall of a studio and broke his left hand – not an ideal way to handle the situation! Their fifth album was finally released, as well as a rather iconic music video for ‘Don’t Come Around Here No More’. The band was set to get back on track and do what only they do best!
