You can almost feel the tumbleweed hit you as you look around at the faces of your table, hoping just one person at least acknowledges your presence. Apparently you are both invisible and silent, until they decided it’s time for them to eat and you are holding everything up by serving another table. Now you’ll have their attention alright! It can be pretty annoying as it isn’t much to ask that some people have a little common decency.
