If you’ve ever had to deal with a pretty horrible group of customers, you’ll recognize this threat. By claiming they are never going to come back, they somehow feel as though this is meant to be a bad thing. You’re pretty sure you won’t be losing any sleep over it this evening, in fact, you’ve done everybody in the restaurant a favor by making sure they’ll never have to deal with those customers ever again. Hopefully, they keep their TripAdvisor review to themselves though!
