Varya’s parents didn’t want her talents to go to waste, so they asked her whether she wanted to join the circus and perform with them. At the time, she was just three years old – but she eagerly accepted the offer. She spent the next few years working her way up from simple acrobatics, to more complicated gymnastics, to eventually showing off her superhuman strength. By the time she was just five years old, Varya was performing alongside her parents and other strongmen in weightlifting stunts that wowed their audiences.
