After her iconic performance in Dirty Dancing, Jennifer Grey was set to be a huge star. She was already known at that point from her role the year before in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, but her portrayal of Baby has gone down in history.
The only thing is, she hasn’t really been in anything else since then expect for minor or insignificant roles. This is because Grey got a nose job in the early ’90s that left her completely unrecognizable. Her career, unfortunately, did not survive the surgery.
