Seymour began her modeling career when she was only 16 years old and her big step in the industry was when she was a finalist at the Elite Model Look of the Year contest. By the ’90s, she had already appeared on many covers and in many issues of the prestigious Sports Illustrated. She also modeled for Vogue magazine. Some of her more infamous work includes posing for Playboy in 1991 and in 1993.

In the midst of her career she released a book called Stephanie Seymour’s Beauty Secrets for Dummies. Stephanie continued with her modeling for quite some time, but she mostly focused on her marriage and motherhood. Her recent work was a Salvatore Ferragamo creative campaign with her long time fellow supermodel, Claudia Schiffer. In 2006, her children joined her for the Gap campaign. At 48, she is still looking pretty incredible.
