Angelo swooped down and scooped the child up to the surface before he even knew what he was doing. The plumber soon noticed what he had been fearing. The young girl was already “limp” and “blue.”
He needed to get to the edge of the water – and fast. Angelo began to pull the child to safety as quickly as he could, but he needed help. He was calling for someone to help him with the casualty, but Angelo also needed to find her parents.
