Amazingly, in what may be said to have been almost as miraculous as Angelo saving her life in the first place, Sitlali was alert and talking just a day after her too-close brush with death.
“She’s really strong, she’s really strong,” her mom said. After three days, she beat the odds yet again when she was cleared to go back home, with doctors telling her family that her lungs, heartbeat, and everything else was in tiptop shape. She had made a full recovery.
