It wasn’t long before Angelo began to approach local businesses to try and prevent another accident from happening. He knew that if Sitlali was wearing a life vest, then things might have had an entirely different outcome.
However, not everyone had one or could afford a jacket of their own. Angelo now wants to try and make sure that no one else ever ends up in the same situation as Sitlali – or even worse, one that doesn’t have quite such a happy ending.
