Back in 1990, Johnny Depp played the role of Edward in the film Edward Scissorhands. Makeup artist Stan Winston brought to life the scissors that Edward called as hands, as well as the hair and makeup that would be Edwards hair and complexion. Depp spent over two hours every day getting the prosthetic hands put on, his wig in place and his white makeup applied (the white was used to make Edward’s facial scars more noticeable).
