Actress, Elizabeth Banks, shapeshifted into the colorful and peppy Effie Trinket in The Hunger Games film franchise. Banks spent over two and a half hours in the makeup chair to become Effie. The character of Effie was that of a woman who lived in the Capital city of Panem in the film. Living in the Capital means you were wealthy and part of that status was to be as colorful and eccentric as possible in your outward appearance. The costume and makeup artists did a sensational job with Banks’ look.
