At the height of her career, Dolly made her move into the world of acting and was soon chosen to take on roles in countless movies. The acting credits that sit on her resume today include Steel Magnolias, 9 to 5, Rhinestone, and Joyful Noise. After the success of these movies, she was later asked to take on a role in the 1982 movie, “The Best Little W****house in Texas.”
