Some of Ferrera’s followers suggested that if sleep wasn’t going to happen, then she should have an impromptu dancing session. They advised that it would get her blood pumping and that in turn would release some endorphins.
Those endorphins would make her feel much better and give her the energy to continue with the rest of her day. Exercise has proven to be great for your mind as well as your body, and a brief session of dancing would have given Ferrera the energy she so desperately wanted.
