After her baby was born, Ferrera said that she was lucky to be surrounded by so many amazing women to turn to for advice and support. In particular, she reached out to her co-stars from her comedy-drama film The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.
Blake Lively, Alexis Bledel, and Amber Tamblyn are all mothers too, and Ferrera said that they were a “go-to” for her when she was pregnant. This type of personal support is what Ferrera was looking for in her Instagram post, too.
