This piece of advice is for someone expecting a baby in the year future. Another parenting expert, Lindsay Pinchuk, recommends spending as much time enjoying yourself before your baby arrive as you might struggle to find ‘me-time’ afterward.
She said the last three films she got to watch were “Trolls,” “Sing,” and “Moana.” All great films but very much dictated to her by her children. Go out and do the things you love to do before the baby comes along and those things you love doing are less likely to happen.
