Ferrera has found success in long-running series, but perhaps the most success she’s having is coming through the How to Train Your Dragons universe. Along with multiple feature-film sequels, there are also many spinoffs and minor productions that Ferrera is involved with in the fantasy franchise.
In 2011 Ferrera won an Alliance of Women Film Journalists award for her role in How to Train Your Dragon. She has won multiple awards during her acting career, and if history repeats itself, she’ll win many more.
