Anyone who followed Bones closely would have admitted that they would have never suspected Booth and Hannah to get together. Booth was supposed to be with Brennan, but after Brennan rejected him by saying they’d never work out, he started to develop feelings for Hannah.
The relationship between Booth and the journalist was fiery and short-lived. Booth eventually asked Hannah to marry him, but alas, she wasn’t “the marrying type” and let him down gently. Booth didn’t take it that well, and the end of their relationship led to some emotional scars for him.
