Dan had a thing for it-girl Serena, but didn’t think the popular rich girl would go for a Brooklyn misfit. Apparently, Dan was just the kind of guy that Serena always wanted, and she ends up asking him on a date.
Even though they have a rocky relationship (and things get a little weird when their parents date each other as well), Dan and Serena end up together and are ultimately one of Gossip Girl’s favorite couples.
