Lizzie Samuels is the daughter of Ryan Samuels but when her father tragically dies she turns to Carol Peletier to fill the role of a parent. The apocalypse happened when she was only 12 years old, turning her into a very disturbed child who cannot comprehend the new version of the world around her.
She tortures animals and lashes out at the others. She is a very dark and is obsessed with the walkers. She cannot understand that they are not human beings anymore.
