This argument goes back to the whole “they only knew each other for ten days” statement. At the end of the movie, Ben follows Andie’s cab as she heads to the airport – she’s trying to start a new life as a serious writer and wants to get away from all the drama.
Then, of course, Ben shows up out of the blue and tells her to stay. With barely any hesitation, Andie agrees and she just leaves behind her dream and the job that was waiting for her.
