Jake and Emmy’s work at raising funds for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity had made waves, and months after Emmy’s passing away – the couple was receiving the Pride of Britain award for it.
Jake had the award presented to him by Britain’s Got Talent’s Amanda Holden and the legendary Joan Collins, at an award ceremony held on November 2017 in London. Jake accepted the award not only for himself, but on behalf of his late wife who was truly responsible for it.
