Within Thor: Ragnarok, we get a little glimpse into Valkyrie’s past. We know that she was once one of the fiercest female warriors in Asgard and a member of the impressive Valkyrior. However, when the Valkyrior are banished from Asgard and Earth and pillaged in a ruthless battle, she flees the scene and starts a new life for herself. While she managed to save herself, her actions meant that she was on her own. As the last of the Valkyrior, she was completely alone and plagued with survivor’s guilt.
