They were dedicated to their job, saved lives on a daily basis, and brought perps to justice after hours of manhunting and putting themselves in grave danger. And let’s not forget, everyone and anyone who loved the detective duo always dreamed of them getting together. They would have been the perfect pair! It never happened but hey, the show is still running and you never know if a Stabler return is planned for the future.
