Meryl attended Vassar College for her undergraduate degree. She then went on to get a graduate degree in Drama from Yale University. During her time in both colleges, Streep was a part of theater productions and all things drama. Her Vassar College drama professor said this of Streep: “I don’t think anyone ever taught Meryl acting. She really taught herself.” It was in Vassar that Meryl discovered her true passion for acting.
