The Voice judge Miley Cyrus is so good as the title character in Hannah Montana, it’s hard to believe that the part wasn’t written specifically for her. The show made her a star both as an actress and singer. Before she got the part, Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen originally went in for the role. A singer in her own right as well, Momsen is the lead singer of rock group The Pretty Reckless. The group have released three studio albums with another one on the way.
