Sitcoms often have a group of people who hang out with each other day or night. And while most of the time we know what each of them do for a living, the characters seem to have a lot of free time on their hands.
Unless the episode’s plot has something to do with work, they seem to have all the time in the world to hang out at coffee shops, at home, or anywhere else. They also take extremely long lunches. How are any of them still employed, really?
