August of 69 saw a lot of unexpected storms break, and the most famous are the ones that hit Woodstock. Despite being planned out long in advance, the sudden venue shift and flukes of weather led to a stormy show that by all rights should have been cancelled.
Some attendees found raincoats and slickers to wear, but most just endured the weather so that they could enjoy the festivities. This gentleman tried to keep his gorgeous beau warm, even though she seemed completely unaware of the freezing rain.
