Alec Guinness was not the only famous actor to play a role in the film. British legend Peter Cushing played the part of Grand Moff Tarkin, a memorable baddie. Cushing found the boots that accompanied his costume to be uncomfortable and requested to wear slippers during his scenes. That’s why his feet are never seen in shots!
