There’s a scene towards the end of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope where the rebels have just blown up the Death Star. Luke lands his X-Wing and climbs out to join celebrations. Leia runs toward him shouting ‘Luke!’ Mark Hamill replies by mistakenly saying his co-star’s name ‘Carrie!’
