While the photo is beautifully shot and staged, many of the people commenting online were less than impressed, to put it mildly. Many people called Kelly and Kody foolish for their willingness to risk themselves like that – all for a silly picture to post online. “What a stupid ridiculous photo,” one commenter wrote, adding that if one of them happened to fall and meet their demise they would see if it was really worth it.
“Dumbest thing I’ve seen today,” another added, criticizing their motivations in seeking “a little internet fame.” Others warned about the example they were setting for people, who might copy them in trying to get a shot like that – with potentially disastrous results.
