As you can see, it’s no simple task to raise the Royal children. Not just anyone can apply for the job – they must be well trained and fully qualified. In fact, in order to even be considered for the job of Royal nanny, one must undergo years of training. Nannies must have at least three years of formal, intensive training to qualify for an interview.

It takes years of training

Most Royal nannies are graduates of the Norland College, an elite academy for high society nannies. That way, the Royals can be assured that the person watching over their children is fully prepared for the high pressure life that comes with being a nanny for the family.
