[post_page_title]They are trained in etiquette[/post_page_title]
At the end of their time studying at Norland College, the prospective nannies take an eight-week long course to prepare them for working with upper class families.
Part of the course is a workshop that teaches them social etiquette, something that is of the utmost importance for finding employment opportunities, particularly if they aspire to work for a family such as the Royals. They learn how to eat meals properly, how to address people with their correct titles, body language, and more.
