[post_page_title]They sign confidentiality agreements[/post_page_title]
As one might expect when getting a job with the Royal Family, there are a lot of secrets and things that they don’t want the public to know. In order to prevent their nannies from talking about the daily household happenings, nannies sign non-disclosure agreements.
That means that they’re not allowed to reveal the things that they see when they’re at work, and they won’t be able to publish any tell-all books once they retire. It’s a good way to protect the family’s secrets.
